DanDan Restaurant - Ardmore

completed while at Strada

For DanDan’s third location in the Philadelphia area the renovation of an existing restaurant space was used as the basis for the conversion to a blend of Sichuan and Taiwanese cuisine and heritage. Emphasis was placed on rethinking circulation to create unique pockets of dining experiences to meet a variety of patrons needs.

The existing skylights were captured to create an atrium dining centerpiece that can be used as a private dining room. The kitchen was outfitted with 10 new woks and refreshed with new finishes and lighting throughout .
