Third Ward worked with PMC Property Group to restore the Crozer Building and fully renovate to feature 63 one and two bedroom apartment units. The interiors of the building include marble hallways, vaulted plaster ceilings, and bronze railings along a grand stair that begins on the third floor and ends at the 12th floor. This will be among the most beautiful buildings developed by PMC Property Group.
